DEI Training for Everyone

We offer executive coaching along with a 16 session guided course to give your people leaders practical tools to help create psychological safety among teammates, invite everyone to show up, and know that they belong. This course will also give insights from a panel of diverse individuals discussing the application of each tool.

Each unique session is accompanied by practical tools that allow you to begin a journey toward awareness of the value of diversity and inclusion, unlock the benefits when you make sure each person is seen and heard, awaken each team member to the super powers of others, and learn how to strengthen your team by facilitating a safe work environment.

About Our Founder

From her tenure as a dedicated risk management professional to orchestrating large events as a Certified Festival and Event Associate, Sara D. Gayle’s journey has always been a commitment to radical inclusion, enriched by her invaluable work with the NAACP.

Drawing from her experiences as a client advocate in workplace discrimination cases, Sara's dedication to justice and equity was deeply rooted. She championed the rights of marginalized individuals, ensuring their voices were heard and their experiences validated. In her role, she not only provided essential support to those facing discrimination but also led communication and media efforts, crafting impactful press releases and providing guidance to executive leadership during national media interviews. Additionally, Sara's engagement extended to fielding letters from prisons, shedding light on systemic injustices, and coordinating accountability efforts with local governments.

Her passion for inclusion further flourished as she managed events, where she diligently ensured accessibility for all attendees. Trained in accommodating disabilities and honoring diverse backgrounds, Sara meticulously crafted environments where everyone felt acknowledged and respected. This commitment to inclusivity was evident during her tenure as Director of Communications, Events, and Community Engagement for a national nonprofit, where she collaborated with the White House on the "We Can Do This" campaign, amplifying the message of public health equity.

Even amid the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, Sara's dedication to addressing health disparities in marginalized communities remained unwavering. Partnering with the Morehouse School of Medicine, she played a pivotal role in establishing the National COVID-19 Resiliency Network, providing insight into communication science and linguistics during her time with the project.

Now, as a professional DEI consultant, Sara leverages her extensive background and invaluable experiences to guide organizations toward a culture of inclusivity and equity. With her leadership, she ensures that every voice is heard, every individual is valued, and radical inclusivity becomes not just a goal but a fundamental philosophy woven into the fabric of organizational culture.
